Meat Tum materials:
¼ kg beef
1 banana leaf PLP
Seasonings:
5 pcs onion
Powder 2 RSJ
5 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon salt
Red chilies 6 bj
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
How to cook Meat Tum:
Finely chopped meat.
Onion and 2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced, fried ripe ½.
Last remaining garlic, kencur, minced chili, salt, mashed, fried briefly.
The rest of the sliced chilli and shrimp paste fried briefly.
Minced meat mixed with all of the following herbs that have been fried onions.
Dibungkusi banana leaves roughly half the size as a duck egg.
Steamed until cooked.
