Ingredients:
Cassava medium, 5 kg
Garlic, 25 cloves, minced
Ice water / cold, 5 liter
Salt, 20 tablespoons
Double-acting baking powder 2.5 tablespoons
Margarine, 4 tablespoons
Cooking oil, 1 liter
How to make Cassava Fried Cheese:
Cassava peel, cut into 25 parts, steamed until cooked.
Add the garlic, baking powder and salt in ice water, stirring until blended. Enter cassava, let stand for 45 minutes.
Heat oil and add the margarine. Fried cassava until golden brown. Remove and serve warm.
