Egg rendang

 

ingredients:

     8 eggs
     5 pcs onion
     2 pcs of garlic
     1/2 segment of galangal
     4 pcs red chilli
     1/2 segment of turmeric
     1 turmeric leaf lbr
     ginger


How to cook:

     Puree all ingredients except ginger and turmeric leaves
     Enter a little oil and saute until fragrant smell
     Cooked in coconut milk and boiled eggs that have been put first.
     Crushed ginger and turmeric leaf and enter into the food
     Cook until the oil out and somewhat dry.
     Lift and serve.
