ingredients:
2 heads pindang salmon, large medium, remove the needles, shredded
4 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 finger turmeric, digeprek
1/2 finger ginger, digeprek
3 small chilli (optional), thinly sliced
2 eggs, beaten
oil for sauteing
1 carrot, sliced like a matchstick
2 handfuls of finely shredded cabbage
(do not need salt because, in general pindang is tasty)
How to Make:
1. saute until fragrant spices, put pindang,
stir until half cooked pindang
2. enter the beaten eggs, stirring until pindang
can be wrapped in egg, then enter the carrot
and kubisnya, stirring until slightly wilted vegetables
3. lift and serve, suitable for a breakfast side dish
