Tofu Bowl



ingredients:

     4 pieces of tofu
     3 carrots (cut in the box - a box)
     1 egg
     pre leaves to taste (potong2)
     1 packet of flavoring

Spices:

     1/2 tsp pepper
     5 cloves garlic
     1 teaspoon salt
     1 tsp sugar

HOW TO MAKE:

     Know puree, add salt and egg toss and let stand
     Saute the spices, then enter the leaf pre carrots and stir until cooked love Royco secukupy, remove and let cool
     Put 1 tablespoon of dough out on a plastic bowl, then fill with a mixture of carrot and closed again with the dough out, then steamed.
     Once cooked remove, remove from the mold, let stand briefly, then fried.
     Served with chili sauce / cayenne pepper
