Sow Corn Porridge Meat




Ingredients:

    
100 g of rice fluffier, washing
    
1 liter of water / broth
    
1 bay leaf
    
1 teaspoon salt
    
1 piece of sweet corn, seed comb
Topping:

    
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    
1/2 tsp sesame oil
    
1 clove garlic, minced
    
2 red onions, chopped
    
150 grams of minced beef
    
1 tablespoon soy sauce
    
1 tablespoon soy sauce
    
1/2 teaspoon pepper
    
1 teaspoon salt
    
2 tablespoons of frozen peas

    
Topping:
    
1 piece cakue, thinly sliced
    
2 tablespoons fried shallots
How to make:

    
Boil the rice with water, bay leaves and salt until rice is tender.
    
Enter the seed corn, and cook again until thick porridge. If necessary add broth until thick porridge.
    
Remove and set aside.
Topping:

    
Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
    
Enter the mince, stirring until it changes color and dry.

    Add spices, mix well and boill it/
    Add peas, stir until wilted then remove from heat.
    
Put the puree in a bowl, put topping and sprinkling material.
    
Serve hot.
