Fried Dumplings



ingredients:

     200 grams of minced chicken
     30 pieces of dumpling skin
     1/2 chicken eggs
     1 leek, thinly sliced
     Oil for frying

Seasonings:

     1 tablespoon chili sauce
     1 tsp sesame oil
     30 g of oyster sauce
     pepper to taste

How to Make:

     Mix the minced chicken with egg, green onion, chili sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce and pepper
     Stir until blended
     Wrap the dough out with dumpling skin to
     Fry dumplings in oil over low heat until slightly browned
     Remove and serve
