Spicy Snapper
ingredients:
1 whole snapper
5 red onions
2 cloves garlic
8 pieces cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons tauco
1 stalk spring onion
1 carrot
Salt, pepper, seasonings to taste
How to cook:
• snapper fish scales and cleaned of dirt, left and right sides of the body, with salt and pepper
• Fry until cooked. Finely sliced green onion
• Blend the onion and garlic and cook until it smells delicious and taoco with cayenne pepper, stir and then add water and sliced carrots
• Enter the snapper that had been fried. Add sliced green onions, remove from heat and ready to serve
