Sate Sumatra

 



ingredients:

     1 kg of chicken meat
     1 coconut, coconut milk is made
     skewer

Seasoning - seasoning:

     Seeds 15 red chillies
     6 onion seeds
     1 teaspoon cumin
     3 sweet cumin grain
     1 piece of galangal
     4 cloves garlic
     6 eggs nutmeg
     2 kaffir lime leaves
     1 tablespoon ketumbargaram, ginger and turmeric leaves

How to cook:

     Large cut of meat - large
     All the spices finely ground, except for kaffir lime leaves and turmeric leaves
     Enter into a pan of milk, as well as meat and continue cooking until the dry salt and soft water.
     Then tusuklah with a skewer and bake on medium heat
