Roast Chicken




ingredients:

     1 young chicken
     1 fresh tomato
     1 small bell pepper
     1 piece of lettuce


Seasonings:

     salt, pepper, butter to taste


How to cook:

     Cleaned chicken, discarding the head and foot, with salt, pepper
     Tie both ends of the drumstick, being put into the oven temperature.
     Each 1 1/2 minutes basting with the oil is out of the chicken meat
     Once cooked, remove from heat and remove the leash, split into 2 parts, chopped
     Decorate with pieces of tomatoes, peppers and lettuce
     Tomato sauce and a small amount of lemon juice and fine pieces of garlic
