Seasoning Black Pepper Chicken Wings

ingredients:

     12 pieces chicken wings upper (mini drumstick)
     1 clove garlic, grated
     1 tablespoon lemon juice
     1 teaspoon salt
     cooking oil
     Seasonings:
     2 tablespoons vegetable oil
     30 g onions, chopped
     2 teaspoons black peppercorns, crushed slightly softer
     2 tablespoons oyster sauce
     1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
     1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

     Stir chicken wings with lemon, garlic and salt until blended.
     Let stand for 30 minutes until flavors mingle.
     Fried chicken wings in hot oil until lightly browned and a lot. Drain.

Seasonings:

     Saute onion until fragrant.
     Enter the pepper, oyster sauce, chili sauce and salt, stir until boiling. Lift.
     Place the fried chicken wings in the heat-resistant container.
     Flush with the marinade.
     Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
     Remove and serve warm.
