• 200 grams of chicken meat, cut into rough
• 150 grams of mushrooms hioko fresh or dried, cut into two
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
How to cook:
• Rinse the potatoes and cut into pieces
• Soak in cold water.
• Stir-fry garlic until fragrant
• Put the chicken meat, stirring until stiff
• Add mushrooms, potatoes and seasonings, mix well, remove from heat.
