Jamus potato Oyster Sauce





ingredients:

500 grams of medium potato
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200 grams of chicken meat, cut into rough
150 grams of mushrooms hioko fresh or dried, cut into two
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt

How to cook:

Rinse the potatoes and cut into pieces
Soak in cold water.
Stir-fry garlic until fragrant
Put the chicken meat, stirring until stiff
Add mushrooms, potatoes and seasonings, mix well, remove from heat.
Put in pangganan heat, bake in hot oven 180 degrees C for 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Remove and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve hot.
