ingredients:
• 250 gr of fresh shrimp (medium size) is washed out without head and skin removed
• 5 cloves garlic
• 8 spring onions
• 5 pieces of curly red pepper (for those who like spicy chili can be added)
• 2 lime leaves
• 1 vertebra ginger
• Salt to taste
• Cooking oil to taste
• sambal sauce to taste
How to make:
Saute onion and garlic until fragrant sliced, put sliced chilies, lime leaves and ginger which has been torn out of dikeprek. Add salt to taste.
