Balado squid





ingredients:

750 grams of wet squid (medium size)

50 grams of basil leaves

2 bay leaves

1 cm ginger, crushed

1 stick sarai (white part)

One segment of ginger, crushed

100 cc of broth

2 pieces of lemon

salt

Spices:

8 red onions

3 cloves garlic

7 red chilies

10 pieces of cayenne pepper

5 egg hazelnut

Kencur powder ½ tsp (1 segment)

Tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp (1 segment)

salt to taste

How to make:

Clean squid, coat with lemon juice and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes

Saute finely, add lemon grass, bay leaves, ginger and salt. Stir until fragrant.

Put the squid, add a little water, stir and let stand until water is somewhat reduced.

Put the basil, stir briefly. Remove and serve.
