Tom Yam Kun




ingredients:
1/2 pounds cleaned squid cut into small pieces
1/4 pounds cleaned shrimp waste of skin
3 stalks minced cilantro roots
3 Trunk crushed Serai
5 Citrus leaves
Coriander leaves 1
3 pieces Lime take the water
1 Liter of Water
2 HR Oyster Sauce
Salt, Spices Seasonings
5 Grain Chili Red mashed

How to Make:
Boil water, put the crushed materials, lime leaves, salt, seasoning, oyster sauce, mashed chili, and lime juice. Then filtered and boiled shrimp and squid re-insert the cleaned and cut into pieces. After boiling turn off heat and stir in cilantro. Serve with a sprinkling of celery.
