Curry Seasoning squid




ingredients:
800 g of squid are big, siangi, washed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
100 g onions, thinly sliced
2 cm ginger, julienne slices of
2 cm cinnamon
Koja 15 leaves / curry leaves
1 tablespoon curry powder, ready to buy
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
300 miles of coconut milk from 1/2 grated coconut

How to Make:

     Marinate squid with lemon juice, let sit for a while. Drain.
     Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until softened. Add ginger, cinnamon, curry leaves and stir until fragrant.
     Enter the squid, curry powder, chili powder, sugar and salt. Stir until the squid to change color.
     Pour the coconut milk and coconut milk and cook until the flavors to infuse. Lift.
     Serve hot.
