Roast Quail




ingredients:
4 tail quail, split so 2-4
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, mashed
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 sticks sere, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make:
Heat oil, then add the garlic, saute until golden.
Enter the sere leaves and onions, stir, stir-fry until wilted, remove from heat, and enter the chili powder, fish sauce, sugar, and salt, mix well, chill.
Sprinkle each quail with spices had to mix, allow at least 2 hours in refrigerator, then prick with a skewer.
Bake on hot coals / in the oven (180 degrees Celsius) until cooked while inverted and smeared with sesame oil, remove from heat.
Usually grilled quail served with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
