Squid Soup


 



ingredients:
3 tablespoons cooking oil, for sauteing
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
500 g squid, cut into pieces 1 cm
1 liter of water
1/4 tsp flavoring
1/2 teaspoon pepper
salt to taste
250 g tomatoes, remove seeds and skin, a process in the blender jar
1 stalk celery, chopped

How to Make:
Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the chili powder and squid. mix well
Pour the water, season flavor, pepper powder and salt. Enter the tomato juice, stir, allow it to boil
Remove, sprinkle with chopped celery leaves. Serve while warm.
