Mung Bean Porridge




ingredients:
250 g green beans, soaked with water 2 hours with the cover closed
500 ml of water
100 grams of cooked jackfruit; slices (opt)
2 pandan leaves, potong2
100 gr kolang kaling, washed, drained (opt)
100 grams of brown sugar, comb
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
1/2 tsp vanilla esence
150 ml thick coconut milk
granulated sugar (opt)

How to make
A. Boil water, add green beans and pandan
2. Reduce heat, cover and leave until the beans are tender
3. Enter the sugar, pandan, vanilla, salt, jackfruit, to and fro, and coconut milk, stirring
4. Increase the heat to a boil, taste, add sugar if not sweet
5. Enter the cornstarch solution, stir quickly, lift and serve hot, warm or cold
