Cah Kangkung squid (Edinburgh)




ingredients:

500 gr of fresh squid
3 cloves garlic, mashed
2 bunches watercress, siangi
2 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
100 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt

How to make:

Clean squid, cut into pieces, the patches of the inside.
Heat the margarine and saute garlic until fragrant.
Enter the squid, fish sauce, sesame oil, water, and salt and stir well.
Enter the spinach and cook briefly.
Remove and serve while warm.

Serves 4
