Dara Bird Butter Sauce




ingredients:

2 pigeons

cooking oil to taste

2 pieces of lemon juice, divided 2, take the water

3sdm butter, for sauteing

Seasonings:

salt and pepper to taste

4 tablespoons soy sauce english

5 cloves garlic, crushed

How to Make:

Clean the pigeons, dry with a towel. set aside

Rub the pigeons with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons soy sauce english, let stand for 20 minutes. Pigeon fried until cooked, remove and drain
