Know Mackerel Cakes





Cakes is one dish that is quite popular side dish for many indigenous communities. Besides being easy to make, this dish can also be made in many variations.

Materials Cuisine :
- 300 grams of tofu, mashed
- 50 gran beef fillet, mashed
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves, squeezed, the water discharged
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon fried shallots
- 1 egg beaten off
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten off as a coating
- Oil for frying

Know How to cook mackerel cakes:
A. Stir tofu, meat fish, mackerel, cilantro, corn starch, and fried shallots.
2. Add eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder, and sugar. 3. Stir well.
4. Take the mixture out a little. Flat round shape.
5. Dip into the egg.
6. Fried dough cakes in the already heated oil over medium heat until cooked.
