Shredded Chicken Citrus Leaf



Ingredients :

Fillet of chicken, 1 kg
Lime leaves, 8 pieces, discarding bones and leaves thinly sliced
Lemon grass, 2 sticks, crushed
Coconut milk, 100 ml of 1/2 coconut
Salt, to taste
Water, 2 liters
Cooking oil, 250 ml

Spices:

Garlic, 5 cloves
Onion, 8 cloves
Red pepper, 3 pieces
Pecan, 4 points
Turmeric, 1 cm
Salt, to taste
Brown sugar, to taste
