Shredded Fish




Ingredients:

Fresh tuna fillet, 1 kg
Lemon grass, 2 sticks, crushed
Ginger, 1 cm, crushed
Coconut milk, 150 ml of 1/2 coconut
Cooking oil, 300 ml

Spices:

Onion, 6 eggs
Garlic, 3 cloves
Turmeric, 2 cm
Coriander, 1 teaspoon
Lime leaves, 1 sheet
Salt, to taste

How to make Shredded Fish:

Tuna fish steamed until tender but not broken, remove from heat.
Grated or shredded-shredded fish and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil and sauté ground spices, lemon grass and ginger until fragrant.
Enter the fish and coconut milk, stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring until dry.
Heat oil, fry the fish until the dough is dry. Remove and drain.
Press or squeeze until the oil leak. Serve.

To 200 grams of Shredded Fish
