Woku Fried Chicken (Manado)





ingredients:
1 whole chicken Youth Villages
15 grams of Madras curry powder
• 250 grams of the Big Red Chili
100 grams of onion - peeled
• 75 grams of garlic - peeled
20 grams of Pandan Leaves (1 Sheet)
50 grams of Turmeric Leaf
2 pieces of Red Tomato
20 grams of basil leaves
20 grams of Ginger
2 stalks Lemongrass
3 pieces of Citrus Leaves
50 grams Leaf Onion
• 250 ml Water
Enough Salt
Enough Pepper
50 ml Vegetable oil - for frying

Garnish:
The leaves of basil
Sweet Soy Sauce

How to make:
A. Cut chicken into small pieces, or according to taste.
2. Season the chicken with madras curry powder, flatten to cover the chicken, set aside some time to seep curry.
3. Saute onion until fragrant then put lemon grass, lime leaves, basil, scallions, ginger, tomatoes, turmeric leaves and pandan leaves, stirring until evenly distributed.
4. Enter the chicken pieces, stir and saute for a while.
5. Turn off the heat, then transfer the chicken into the Pyrex, and set aside spices that have been sauteed.
6. Cook the chicken back in the microwave for 30 minutes,
7. Once cooked, remove chicken.
8. Heat oil and fry chicken sauteed with herbs that have been earlier.
9. Remove and serve and place fresh basil leaves and pour the soy sauce to taste as garnish.
