Meatballs Crab




ingredients:

½ kg prawns, discard the skin, finely chopped

5 tail crab, boiled ± 15 minutes, take it

1 carrot, finely chopped

1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 egg white grains

½ tsp salt

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

½ teaspoon pepper

2 tsp sesame oil

½ tablespoon soy sauce

4 tablespoons cornstarch (corn)

2 pieces of leather to know

to taste oil for frying

How to Make:

Mix all ingredients except the skin out to be one. Knead until evenly distributed.

Form the dough balls flat with a diameter of 2-3 cm. Then wrap the skin sphere meatballs know.

Steam the meatballs for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet with a lot of heat.

Steamed fried meatballs until creamy.

Pick up and ready to serve.

For 15-20 meatballs.
