Shredded Young Jackfruit




Ingredients:

Young jackfruit (tewel), 3 pounds, peeled and washed
Peeled shrimp, 500 grams
Water, 2 liters
Cooking oil, 750 ml

Spices:

Onion, 6 eggs
Garlic, 3 cloves
Pecan, 4 points
Turmeric, 2 cm, fuel
Coriander, 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin, 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar, to taste
Salt, to taste

How to make Abon Young Jackfruit:

Boil water, put the young jackfruit, and cook until soft. Lift and squeeze.
Boil shrimp until cooked, remove from heat and puree. Do not waste water perebusnya.
Pound the young jackfruit but not too finely-shredded or shredded.
Mix the young jackfruit and shrimp, stir well and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
Enter a mix of young jackfruit and shrimp cooking water. Cook over low heat, stirring until dry.
Heat oil, fry the young jackfruit mixture to dry. Remove and drain.
Press or squeeze until the oil leak. Separate dough is shredded with a fork to prevent clumping. Serve.
