Vegetable Curry Chicken




ingredients:
* 1 whole chicken in pieces to taste.
* Coconut milk from 1/2 coconut btr 750cc
* Potatoes cut into 2 pcs large kotak2
* Carrots cut into 1cm 2 pcs
* Galangal 1 vertebra crushed.
* 1 stalk Lemongrass pressed
* 2 kaffir lime leaves lbr.
* Salt, sugar to taste

Spice paste:
* 5 pcs Shallots
* 3 cloves garlic
* Pecan 4 items
* 3 pcs red chili
* 1 tsp Coriander
* Turmeric 1 cm
* Ginger 1 cm
* Cumin 1/3 tsp

How to cook:
* Saute the paste, galangal, lime leaves, lemon grass until fragrant.
* Add chicken and stir coconut milk enter.
* Cook bring to a boil, add carrots and potatoes.
* Cook until cooked ingredients.
* Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
