Meatballs Fried & Salted Vegetable Saute




Fry meatballs

ingredients:
500 gr minced chicken meat

200 g shrimp, finely chopped
2 scallions, finely sliced
3 egg whites
100 g of corn starch
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar

How to make:
All material is put together, stirring until smooth. Heat oil for frying, Throw dough round shape. Fry until cooked and browned. Drain and serve.

Note: if you want more of the egg white is fine. Try a little fried first, then taste. If less chewy sago can be added.


Salted Vegetable Saute

ingredients:
250 gr salted vegetable
400 gr out
50 ounces fresh shrimp
200 gr of fresh bean sprouts
500 cc of water
1000 cc coconut milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Spices that are:
5-6 red onions, or 1/2 part onion
2 red chilies, or 1/4 of a red bell pepper

How to make:
