Steamboat Seafood Meatballs




ingredients:
Chicken meatballs, mix together:
100 g minced chicken meat
50 g of minced shrimp meat
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic grated
1/2 teaspoon pepper
complement:
100 g leaves of chrysanthemums, cut into pieces
250 g shrimp, peeled, leaving tail
250 g squid, cleaned, cut into pieces
100 g of lettuce, roughly torn
Sauce, stir together:
800 ml of broth
2 tsp garlic, grated
50 ml soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
Sauce: Garlic, mix together:
100 ml shoyu
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tsp sugar

How to make:
Chicken meatballs: Stir all ingredients until blended. Shape into balls. Steam heat until cooked in the steamer. Lift.
Arrange the chicken meatballs and other ingredients in the dish.
Simmer sauce. Enter ingredients gradually to the boil.
Brown ingredients according to taste.
Serve hot with onion sauce as a dip celupnya.Untuk 5 people.
