Shredded Beef



Ingredients
:

Lean beef and tendon, 1 kg, cut into rough
Water, 3 liters
Coconut milk, 250 ml of 1 coconut
Bay leaves, 2 pieces
Ginger, 1 cm, crushed
Cooking oil, 500 ml

Subtle spice:

Onion, 6 eggs
Garlic, 3 cloves
Turmeric, 2 cm, fuel
Acidic water, 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 3 pieces
Coriander, 1/2 teaspoon
Brown sugar, to taste
Salt, to taste

How to make Shredded Beef:

Boil water and salt, put the beef and cook until meat is tender. Lift. Thin slices of meat and at-bat at a bruise or scar the flesh until smooth.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil and sauté ground spices, bay leaves and ginger until fragrant.
Insert the meat and stir well.
Pour the coconut milk, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until dry.
Heat oil, fry the meat until the dough is dry. Remove and drain.
Press or squeeze until the oil leak. Separate dough is shredded with a fork to prevent clumping. Serve.

To 300 grams of Shredded Beef
