Red and White Porridge



ingredients:

     250 grams of white rice
     1 liter coconut milk diluted
     500 ml thick coconut milk
     2 pieces of pandan leaf
     1 teaspoon salt
     200 grams Brown Sugar (combed)
     1/2 grains of Coconut (grated lengthwise)

How to cook:

     White rice cooked with coconut milk diluted, salt and pandan leaves to a pulp.
     Add coconut milk, cook briefly and remove from heat.
     For slurry into two parts, one cook back with brown sugar and stir well.
     Prepare a small dish, Arrange porridge to taste.
     Combine the red and white, sprinkle grated coconut on top.
     Serve warm, enough for 8 people.
